Creation and Implementation
The launch of Stick It To Me, a food truck specializing in creative skewered offerings, brought a fresh and fun dining experience to the streets of Denver, CO. The concept focused on offering a variety of globally inspired foods served on sticks, from savory grilled meats, veggies and sweet treats. Efforts were directed toward branding, menu development, and efficient truck layout design to ensure high-quality food and fast service. Combining bold culinary ideas with a unique, approachable concept, Stick It To Me quickly gained traction and became a crowd favorite at local events and gatherings.
